Server Log Files

Hosting

We host our application with Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Data processing takes place on servers in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hetzner.

4. Processing of Email Data (SaaS Service)

As part of our service, we process emails from your linked mailboxes. This data is stored encrypted (AES-256) and processed exclusively for the purpose of creating response drafts.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

To analyze and answer emails, we use the API of Google Gemini. We have concluded appropriate data processing agreements with Google. According to Google, data transmitted via the API is not used to train AI models. Data processing by Google may take place in data centers outside the EU, whereby Google guarantees compliance with European data protection standards through appropriate certifications and standard contractual clauses.

5. Payment Processing

We use the service Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) to sell our subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy acts as the "Merchant of Record". When you make a purchase, your payment data is processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. We only receive information about the status of the payment, but no credit card data or similar.

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data.
