1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the inbora.io platform, operated by Georg Hartmann, Keplerstr. 4, 69214 Eppelheim (hereinafter "Provider").
2. Description of Services
inbora.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that uses artificial intelligence to help users answer emails. The scope of functions results from the respective service description of the selected plan.
3. Contract Conclusion and Registration
Registration is required to use inbora.io. A contract is only concluded upon confirmation of registration by the Provider or by concluding a paid subscription.
4. Payment Terms and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed through our partner Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the "Merchant of Record." This means that the purchase contract for the subscription is legally concluded with Lemon Squeezy. The terms and conditions of Lemon Squeezy also apply.
5. User Obligations
The user is obliged to keep their access data secret. The user is responsible for the content of the emails processed via inbora.io. AI-generated drafts must be checked for accuracy by the user before sending.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages caused by incorrect AI-generated responses if the user sent them without checking. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been violated.
7. Contract Duration and Termination
The contract duration depends on the selected subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time at the end of the current period.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Heidelberg, provided the user is a merchant.
