At inbora.io, we understand that emails often contain sensitive information. That's why we built our platform from the ground up with a focus on security and data protection.
1. Encryption (AES-256)
All sensitive data, including your email credentials (SMTP/IMAP) and the contents of your messages, are stored encrypted using the industry standard AES-256. We use a multi-level key management system: each user has an individual encryption key, which in turn is protected by a master key.
2. No AI Training Data
We exclusively use enterprise APIs from AI providers like Google. Our agreements ensure that your data is not used to train public AI models. Your business secrets remain your business secrets.
3. Hosting in Germany
Our servers are located in Germany at Hetzner Online GmbH. We benefit from strict German data protection laws and world-class physical security in the data centers.
4. GDPR Compliance
inbora.io is fully GDPR-compliant. We minimize data collection to the absolute necessary and offer you full transparency and control over your data.
